- My name is Tom Finley and I am a painter with a passion for capturing the American West - landscapes, wildlife and cultures. I have a particular affinity for the contemporary working cowboy. I currently reside in Yavapai County, Arizona (near Prescott) with my wife (Terri), son (James) and daughter (Hannah). Art is a family affair as is the love of the out of doors and an interest in western cultures. I am proud of my efforts to live the life that I try to capture in my oil paintings. I hope to catch, in an impression, a moment in time, a mood or the light that defines the beauty of the American West and the spirit of the people who reside here.
